  • Cancellation is free up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made between 5 and 7 days before arrival are charged at 50%, and bookings become non-refundable within 5 days of arrival.

  • Yes, all linens and towels are included. Each flat is also equipped with a hairdryer for your convenience.

  • All of our apartments operate with self check-in via smart locks or key-safe lock boxes. The access codes are released on the morning of arrival, as they are changed by our professional cleaners between each stay for security.
